General Policies

PRICES & PROMOTIONS – We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined.

GIFT CARDS – Gift cards may be used toward any service or product offered at Omni Beauty Spa, however some restrictions do apply. Gift cards may not be used on any promotional or discounted offers. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Treatment Cancelation Policy (non-members)

In consideration of other guests and our esthetician, we kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellation 48 hours in advance of your appointment.

 

Most of our treatments require a $30 deposit, that will be applied to the total cost of your treatment.

For appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance of an appointment, you may reschedule up to 1 (one) time within 3 (three) weeks of your original appointment. If the appointment is not rescheduled within the given time frame, your deposit will be forfeited and will not be applicable towards future appointments or gifts/gift vouchers.

​

For appointment canceled more than 48 hours in advance of an appointment, you may reschedule up to 1 (one) time within 3 (three) weeks of your original appointment. If the appointment is not rescheduled within the given time frame, your initial deposit will be refunded or will be applied as a credit towards your account for any future appointments or gifts/gift vouchers.

For appointment who do not notify nor show up for an appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applicable towards future appointments or gifts/gift vouchers.  

 

Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our employees, who rely on us to manage their schedules and their careers with Omni Beauty Spa. Please feel free to contact us for any questions or clarification. 

Members/Membership Policy

Bronze/Facial Membership Policy

Our Annual Memberships are designed for you to be able to indulge in treatments and/or products all year round, hassle-free. 

​

Freezing the Membership

​

Member is eligible to freeze his/her membership for a maximum period of 60 days. When a membership is frozen, the member is not authorized to use his/her membership services or benefits during the freeze period. You must be a member for at least three months and have completed three months’ membership payment in order to be eligible to freeze your account. Memberships may be frozen once during your annual membership period.

​

Membership fees will be restarted automatically with no further authorization required. 

​

Membership dues will be automatically charged to the member’s bank account/credit card on the assigned day of every month.

Monthly membership payments if paid in full are non-refundable.

Any extra facial performed beyond the specified number above will be calculated at a price of $120.

Members can benefit from a 20% discount on Biosphere products & body treatments while the membership is active.

Termination 

No termination of this membership is allowed.

​

Silver-Gold-Platinum Membership Policy

Our Annual Memberships are designed for you to be able to indulge in treatments and/or products all year round, hassle-free.

Termination 

​

No termination of this membership is allowed before paying the dues for seven (7) months. 

After the fulfillment of seven months of membership, a cancelation is possible with a 30-day written notice. 

Products given to the member during his/her membership period will be charged based on a 20% discount from the original price listed in the Biosphere website. 

Upon termination, if the member used more facials than the durations, these facials will be charged $150.

No cancelation is permitted if membership freezing took place.

Gift Return & Refund Policy

Omni Beauty Spa hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition

Gift Card can not be refunded

 

Please email info@omnibeautyusa.com for a Return Authorization before shipping your products back.
