Omni Beauty Spa hopes that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a store credit on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of your order provided items you ordered are in stock. You will receive an email from us if items are on backorder or are out of stock. Delivery time of your order depends on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen. UPS Ground typically takes 5-7 days for delivery depending on location.
